Melissa Reynolds

Melissa is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in financial services, energy and media sectors, having commenced her career as a bank teller in 1986. Ms Reynolds has deep expertise in customer, product, marketing, brand, sales and service, digital and transformation and has held roles as Chief Customer Officer AGL Energy, Executive General Manager of NAB Retail, and General Manager Mortgages at NAB. She has also held executive roles at Sensis White Pages, Esanda Finance and Westpac, including regional brands of Challenge Bank and Bank of Melbourne. In addition to her qualifications, Ms Reynolds has completed the Advanced Management Program at Insead, France.

Ms Reynolds is a member of Teachers Mutual Bank Limited's Remuneration Committee and the Risk & Compliance Committee.
