Dave West

Dave West has a diverse work experience starting from their role as Vice President of Finance and Market Center Operations at Thomson West in 1996. Dave then went on to work as the Chief Financial Officer at Thomson Course Technology from 1998 to 2001, where they oversaw new business development and market diversification. As the Chief Operating Officer at Thomson Course Technology & NETg from 2001 to 2002, they acquired NETg and consolidated sales operations. Dave served as the President of Thomson Course Technology from 2001 to 2005, where they drove growth through market expansion and product innovation. Dave then joined Course Technology (formally part of Thomson Learning) as President and led the company's transformation into a SaaS model. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Staff Development for Educators, overseeing business model transformation and sales growth. Dave then worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt / Leadership and Learning Center as President and Senior Vice President from 2010 to 2012, where they built a school improvement services consulting practice. Dave served as the President of Compliance Learning at SAI Global from 2012 to 2014, leading organic growth and global integration efforts. Dave'smost recent role before joining Teachers of Tomorrow as Chief Revenue Officer in 2022 was as the Client and New Business Development Manager at Rubin Anders from 2022.
