Rakiya Brown

Rakiya Brown is currently working as a Partner Success Manager at TeachFX since July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Strategic Initiatives Manager at the same company from January 2022 to July 2022.

From June 2019 to January 2022, Rakiya worked as the Director of Enrollment Management at Hillbrook School. Prior to that, from June 2018 to June 2019, they served as the Director of Admission at The Girls' Middle School.

Rakiya's earlier experience includes working as a Kindergarten Teacher at Gilman School from August 2012 to June 2018, and as a Pre-K Teacher at Garrison Forest School from August 2011 to June 2012.

Rakiya Brown obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology from Bowdoin College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Dance at Hollins University. In 2017, they attended the Klingenstein Summer Institute at Teachers College, Columbia University, although the field of study is unspecified. Additionally, in June 2021, they obtained a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
