Sabrina Tellez

Sabrina Tellez currently serves as the Director of Workforce Education & Performance Development at Teaching Lab, focusing on creating career pathways and professional development opportunities for full-time employees. Previously, Sabrina held the role of Instructional Designer and Facilitator at Rapport Leadership International, where responsibilities included transitioning e-learning to live virtual training and facilitating development courses. Sabrina's extensive experience also includes multiple leadership positions at BE A CHAMPION, INC., overseeing operations and leading learning and development initiatives, as well as directing marketing and quality assurance efforts. Additional roles have been fulfilled at Everwise, Elevate K-12, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Edmentum, and Travelers Insurance, contributing to training, development, and employee engagement across various sectors. Sabrina holds a BA in Communications from Stetson University.
