Lucretia Jones, MSHRM, serves as the Partner Success Manager at Teaching Strategies, LLC since September 2022. Previously, Lucretia held multiple roles at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe from September 2011 to September 2022, including Director of Child Development and Education Support Services for the Early Head Start program and Technical Assistance Specialist/Coordinator for Family Child Care Homes. Other notable positions include Co-Coordinator for the Miami Promise Walk for Preeclampsia at the Preeclampsia Foundation and Provider Support Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia. Lucretia began a career in education as a First Grade Teacher at Paragon Elementary Charter School. Lucretia obtained a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Educational Studies and Education from Bethune-Cookman University.
