Susan Mealiea, PMP has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Susan began their career as a teacher in the Prince William County School system, where they taught science subjects and also served as the Science Department Head. Susan then transitioned into the educational technology sector, working as an Educational Consultant for Discovery Communications, where they designed and delivered professional development training to teachers.

Susan later joined Anteon as an Instructional Designer/Program Manager, responsible for developing instructor-led and technology-based training for academic and government clients. Susan then moved on to General Dynamics Information Technology as a Sr. Program Manager, overseeing projects and program support for the Army National Guard's Distributed Learning Program.

In 2013, Susan joined Blackboard, where they held roles such as Service Management Analyst and Acting Manager of Client Management. In these positions, they managed client relationships, developed strategic plans, and recommended processes to improve operational efficiency.

Currently, Susan is the Director of Partner Success, Public Policy at Teaching Strategies, LLC. Susan is responsible for managing customer partnerships, developing customer communications, and recommending strategies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated strong project management skills, communication abilities, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. Susan'sexperience spans across education, technology, and project management, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Susan Mealiea, PMP has a diverse education history that includes both a Master Ed degree in Instructional Technology from George Mason University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, Susan has obtained several certifications, including Change Management Foundations, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, Tableau Essential Training, and Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, all from LinkedIn. Lastly, Susan obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2012.
