Glensimar Garcia is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and technology. As the CEO and Founder of SIM Venezuela since May 2009, Glensimar oversees production processes, establishes project foundations, and ensures optimal resource management while maintaining client and team satisfaction. In addition, Glensimar co-founded Simgulary in September 2019, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and developing strategies for improvement. With a diverse skill set, Glensimar has served as a Product Development Manager and Backend Developer at Teachlr since May 2012, coordinating all stages of product development and working with technologies such as Laravel and APIs. Previous roles include leading mobile development at Lukkom S.L., and analytical positions at Sucre Tecnologia and Rental Sucre. Glensimar holds a Specialist degree in Management of Science and Technology from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Oriente.
