Mary-Margaret Gardiner

Mary-Margaret Gardiner is an experienced early childhood consultant who has been working independently since May 2020. With a long tenure at Teachstone beginning in 2010, Mary-Margaret has held multiple roles including CLASS Specialist, Staff Trainer, and Product Development Specialist. Prior to this, Mary-Margaret served as the Program Manager for Child Care Quality at Children, Youth and Family Services, Inc. from December 1992 to September 2022, and as the Child Development Director at Lexington Medical Center from September 1989 to December 1992, where a child care facility for hospital staff was developed. Mary-Margaret holds a BS in Child Development and Family Relationships with a focus on early care and education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed between 1976 and 1978.
