Michelle Hutson -Crawford

Michelle Hutson-Crawford, M.S., is the Founder and CEO of Magnolia Education Consulting, established in February 2021, which focuses on enhancing early childhood education through coaching and professional development. Currently serving as the Director of K-3 Education and Facilitator of the Greater Austin Reading Coalition at United Way for Greater Austin since July 2019, Michelle also holds the position of Affiliate Trainer at Teachstone and previously acted as Vice Chair of Strategic Partnerships at YNPN Austin. Other notable roles include Class Project Manager at United Way and Assistant Program Director at Community Development Institute. Michelle's educational background includes a Master of Science in Child and Family Studies from The University of Southern Mississippi and a certification in Early Education Leadership from Harvard University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
