Denis Griffin is a seasoned professional in the field of plant pathology, currently serving as the Potato Breeder Principal Research Officer at Teagasc. Prior to this role, Denis held the position of Cereal Plant Pathologist and Team Leader at Syngenta. Denis's academic foundation includes a BSc and Ph.D. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Plant Pathology, and Molecular Biology from the School of Biological Sciences at University College Dublin, which was completed between 1992 and 2000.
