James A. Collins

James A. Collins has a long and varied work experience. James A. began working at AT&T Mobility in 2000 as a Service Operations Manager and Systems Deployment Engineer. In 2006, they moved to AOL as a Wireless Software Deployment Engineer. That same year, they began working at Keynote DeviceAnywhere as Director, Global Service Operations, Mobile Technologies. In 2015, they joined Lighthouse as Chief of Staff and Director of New Business and Executive Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Teal Communications as Director of Operations.

James A. Collins has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Leadership from Western Governors University.
