Technical Product Manager, Matching And Master Data

TealBook is looking for our next highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our incredible team. As a Technical Product Manager focusing on matching and Master Data, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our Supplier Data Platform. If you are a technical product manager with a passion for data and want to make a tremendous impact, this is your role. 

This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in Canada or the United States living in a time zone with a minimum 4-hour overlap with ET time zone.

The Impact You Will Have

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the matching and Master Data areas of our platform, from conception to launch and iteration.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define and prioritize product features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
• Work closely with data analysts and engineers to implement and optimize matching algorithms, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging new advancements to enhance our product offerings.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience in a technical product management role.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in product management roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional products.
• Strong technical background with experience in data processing, matching algorithms, and Master Data management is a bonus.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a bonus.
