Alex Nikolaev

Alex Nikolaev is an experienced quality assurance professional with a robust background in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the Head of QA and Software Engineering Manager at Tealium since April 2020, Alex is responsible for developing strategic plans, facilitating stakeholder communication, and building development teams. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager and Architect, where Alex led automation and performance testing initiatives, designed test frameworks, and established QA processes from the ground up. With a career spanning over a decade, Alex has held various QA roles at prominent companies, contributing expertise in integration and regression testing, performance analysis, and team development. Alex holds a degree from Belaruski Nacyjanal'ny Tehnièny Universitet, completed in 2011.
