Jill Hamilton started their work experience in 2003 as a Volunteer and Board Member at the Rancho Santa Fe Education Foundation. Jill served on the Board for two years and volunteered for eight years, participating in community outreach and organizing school events and fundraising.

In 2011, Jill joined Brendon Butera Collections as a Design Consultant where they researched furniture and accessory brands, sold to customers, and facilitated creative meetings with vendors.

In 2013, they became a Creative Stylist, Sales & Marketing professional at Katherine Cosmetics. Jill played a role in the company's socially sold luxury cosmetic brand, focusing on trunk shows, events, and makeup styling that caters to women with active lifestyles.

The following year, Jill worked as a Finance Manager at Intimate Living Interiors, a company that creates personalized living spaces. Jill contributed to the design team by ensuring the environment resonated with clients' personalities, styles, and preferences.

In 2015, Jill joined Tealium as an Operations Manager. Working in the real-time unified marketing solutions industry, they played a crucial role in integrating applications, managing data enrichment, and improving customer experiences.

Last but not least, from 2012 to 2016, Jill was a Philanthropy Liaison for TVIA SD-3 (Teen Volunteers in Action). Jill coordinated with various philanthropies, organized volunteer events, and ensured follow-up for successful fundraising and volunteer efforts.

Jill Hamilton attended Des Moines Area Community College from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Paralegal studies.
