Jodie Jansen is an accomplished Customer Success professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Tealium since September 2023, Jansen oversees the Customer Success, Client Account Management, Implementation, and Services teams, focusing on customer satisfaction. Previously, Jansen held positions as Chief Customer Officer at Mediafly, Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at Sprinklr, and Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Oracle Marketing Cloud. With a strong foundation in driving customer success strategies and program optimization, Jansen has also served in key roles at Oracle and responsys, and began a career in marketing at Thomson Reuters and the Lacek Group. Jansen holds a degree in International Relations, Political Science, and Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
