Mikhail Paulau

Mikhail Paulau is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Tealium since January 2021, Mikhail successfully established two engineering teams in Europe while leading the development of integrations for the company's key products, "EventsStream" and "AudienceStream." Prior to this, Mikhail worked as a Lead Software Engineer at LEVERIS, where responsibilities included technical analysis and architectural solutions for new projects. Mikhail's career also includes a significant tenure at Fitbit as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the Health Solutions Onboarding project through the design and development of a microservice for user customization. Earlier positions include software development roles at Oxagile and Soft Club.
