Robert C. Satterwhite

Robert C. Satterwhite, PhD, serves as a Partner and Head of the U.S. Leadership Advisory Practice at Odgers Berndtson US since January 2017, focusing on leadership program design and organizational effectiveness initiatives. In addition, Robert is an Advisory Board Member for TealSpace and Rutgers University's Design Thinking Program, providing strategic insights and guidance. Robert founded Talent Acuity Group, advising Fortune 100 companies on executive assessment and development, and held positions at AlixPartners and SHRM, among others. With extensive experience in executive assessment and development from a previous role at APTMetrics, Robert holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MA in General Psychology from Wake Forest University, and a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
