Allen Eskridge

Allen Eskridge has held a variety of roles in the past 13 years. In 2021, they became a Product Manager (Project Navigator) at Airship. From 2009 to 2018, they were the Ballroom Dance Owner, Instructor & Coach at Sinclair Dance Studio, where they won the 2015 People's Choice Award at the Peoria CASAblanca Dancing with the Local Stars. From 2010 to 2018, they were a Program/Product Manager - Classic & Basic Programs at Samaritan Ministries International, where they managed their two largest legacy programs and established strategy and vision. Allen was also an Assistant Team Lead, Member Services Senior Advocate & Subject Matter Expert, and acted as Product Owner/Manager for online bill submission. From 2011 to 2018, they were an Insurance Agent at Dempster Insurance Co. and Head Men's Soccer Coach at Carl Sandburg College, where they improved the team to a record of 15-5-1 and won the program's first-ever Conference Championship. Finally, from 2008 to 2010, they were a Financial Advisor at Thrivent Financial For Lutherns.

Allen Eskridge has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Biblical Studies, and Physical Education from Covenant College, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Indian Springs School from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they hold several certifications, including an Advanced National Coaching License from United Soccer Coaches (obtained in June 2006), a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (obtained in October 2021), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance (obtained in March 2020), Series 6, 63 & 65 Securities Licenses from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) (obtained in 2008), Life, Health & Variable Lines Insurance Licenses from the States of Illinois, Alabama, Texas & Arizona, and a Property and Casualty Insurance License from the State of Illinois.
