Rachel Neylan Oly

Rachel Neylan OLY is a professional cyclist with extensive experience in elite cycling teams, currently competing for Team Cofidis since November 2021. In addition to their cycling career, Rachel serves as an advisor for linedanceAI, Supersapiens, and Pillar, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship and strategic guidance. Rachel held the position of Athlete Fellow at Startmate for a brief period in early 2023. A notable Olympian, Rachel represented Australia at the 2016 Olympic Games. Educationally, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and completed the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Rachel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney, expected to complete in December 2024.
