Adren Hervey has had a varied and extensive career in program and project management. In 2013, they began working as a Program & Project Manager for SRA International;CSRA;GDIT;Emerge LLC, where they provided Business Development support, including data analysis, subject matter expertise, and more. In 2012, they became Lead, Resource Management for Technology, Automation, and Management (TeAM), Inc., where they managed a $300 million program office located in the Military Health System. In 2017, they began working for HITMETHODS as a Specialist;Comptroller;Logistician, responding to the Zika Outbreak in the Pacific and assisting with financial management, human resources, and logistics. In 2014, they also began working for HITMETHODS as a Specialist, supporting the West Africa Disaster Preparedness Initiative. From 2009-2012, they worked for the US Navy as a Comptroller, managing Operations & Maintenance, Research Development & Evaluation, and Procurement funding for life cycle execution of MHS/Information Technology products. In 2008, they worked as an FOB Mayor for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), mentoring Afghan National Security Forces and overseeing operations at a remote firebase. Finally, from 2006-2008, they were a Comptroller/Resource Manager for Naval Healthcare New England.

Adren Hervey obtained a Masters Degree in HR (Community Development) from the University of Oklahoma in 2006. Prior to this, they completed a Certificate in Post Graduate Healthcare Administration & Planning at Meharry Medical College in 1996. Hervey also earned a BS in Healthcare Administration from Tennessee State University in 1995.
