Tracie Ashe

Tracie Ashe, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Team Epiphany since January 2022, Tracie previously worked at Halstead Real Estate from March 2015 to January 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist, managing disability, worker’s compensation, and medical leaves for over 200 buildings. Tracie has also held positions such as Payroll Administrator at Halstead and Senior Human Resources /Payroll Administrator at Long Island College Hospital. Earlier career experience includes roles at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Guidance Corporation, focusing on payroll coordination and leave management. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CUNY York College and is currently furthering education at Baruch College.
