Victoria Gosling Obe

Victoria Gosling OBE is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both military and sports organizations. Currently serving as Chair for GB Surfing and a Board Director for the British Olympic Association, Victoria also holds the position of CEO for GB Snowsport, where a mission is set to make the UK a Top 5 Winter Sports nation by 2030. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer for the Invictus Games Orlando 2016, and significant leadership positions within the Royal Air Force, where Victoria transformed the RAF Watersports Centre and implemented welfare improvements at RAF Benson. With an academic background that includes a Master’s degree in Defence Studies from King’s College London, Victoria combines strategic insight with a commitment to fostering participation and excellence in sports.
