Dave Marsh, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1996, they began their career at Chrysler, where they worked as a Quality Engineer, Environmental Engineer, and Maintenance Manager. During their time there, they managed department engineering and was responsible for 5-Year Capital Planning and execution. In 2009, Dave joined Sapphire Energy as an Engineering Project Manager and later became a Senior Engineer in the Projects Group. Dave managed capital engineering projects for the development and construction of process pilot and demonstration facilities. From 2013 to 2018, Dave worked at Aecon Group Inc. as a Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Tesla as a Senior Manager, leading Equipment Engineering and Maintenance for the MY, M3 General Assembly. Dave then took on the role of Sr. Manager, Maintenance and Engineering, overseeing Production Control until 2020. Most recently, in 2020, Dave became a Senior Project Manager at Alltrade Industrial Contractors Inc. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President Operations - RSI Division at TEAM Group, starting in 2023.
Dave Marsh, P.Eng. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University from 1992 to 1996.
