Rebecca Chen

Rebecca Chen has extensive experience in healthcare and technical analysis. Since June 2014, Rebecca has worked as an Emergency Department Scribe at TeamHealth, documenting patient information and improving ER workflow in collaboration with hospital physicians and mid-level practitioners. Prior to this role, a position as a Technical Analyst at Neopatents involved conducting prior art research for clients' inventions and creating industry landscape reports. Educationally, Rebecca obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tulane University in 2013 and continued studies at Tulane University School of Medicine, graduating in 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Student Worker at Tulane University, managing classroom media equipment, and serving as a Lab Assistant at Tulane Bio-fluids Lab, where computational modeling of surfactant processes was conducted.
