Chad Armstrong has had a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Chad has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at both TEAM Industries and Suburban Manufacturing Group, where they were responsible for overseeing all accounting and HR activity, as well as providing strategic guidance to the CEO and owners. Prior to these roles, Chad worked at Talon Innovations as a Controller and Accounting Manager, where they led financial reporting, served on the company's leadership team, and played a significant role in the sale of the company to private equity. Chad also served as an ERP Implementation Manager during a company-wide migration to Epicor software. Chad started their career as an Auditor at LarsonAllen and Eide Bailly LLP, gaining experience in various industries including manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, and non-profit/government sectors. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, process improvement, and leadership.

Chad Armstrong attended North Dakota State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In December 2011, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
