Samya Shajrawi

Samya Shajrawi is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in frontend and backend development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Cobalt since August 2021, Samya previously worked at Verizon Media as a Software Engineer, focusing on implementing BiDi in the React-based Yahoo Mail. At Yahoo from November 2009 to June 2017, Samya contributed significantly to the development of Yahoo Mail in various capacities, including roles as a frontend and Android developer. Earlier experience includes web development at Maktoob Group and action script development at ITG. Samya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Hashemite University, completed in 2005.
