Nilesh Kabra

Nilesh Kabra has a solid work experience in the field of software engineering and technology. Nilesh is currently working as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at CJ since 2020. Prior to this, they have worked for Publicis Sapient from 2004 to 2020, holding various roles including Engineering Lead (Director of Technology), Technical Delivery Lead (Senior Manager of Technology), and Senior Solutions Architect. At Publicis Sapient, they were responsible for leading and implementing digital transformation programs, designing and developing SaaS products, and managing senior stakeholders and project budgets. Before joining Publicis Sapient, Nilesh Kabra worked as a Consultant at NIIT Technologies from 1998 to 2004.

Nilesh Kabra attended the National Institute of Information Technology from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a GNIIT degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued a BCom degree in Economics, Statistics, and Commerce at Osmania University. Nilesh also holds a certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, obtained from Microsoft in January 2020.
