Shayna Fung, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and digital projects. As a Senior Project Manager at Team One since July 2017, Shayna has successfully managed the creative development and production processes while ensuring effective communication across various departments. Previously, as a Senior Digital Project Manager at TRG, Shayna oversaw $8 million in digital revenue for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and managed campaigns for multiple global brands, including The Home Depot. Shayna began their career with various internships in marketing, web production, and event assistance, showcasing a strong foundation in project management and creative production. Shayna holds a Bachelor of Science in Film-TV-Digital Media, Advertising/Public Relations, and Business from Texas Christian University.
