Tanya Fernandez

Tanya Fernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) strategy and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior CX Strategist at Team One since May 2023, Tanya has previously held notable positions including CX Planning Director at CHEP Network and Senior CX / CRM / Data Planner at Track Customer Marketing. With a strong background in loyalty programs, Tanya has developed customer loyalty initiatives for Chocolateria San Churro and contributed to the national launch of Nectar Chile at Groupe Aeroplan. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Economic Geography from The University of Auckland, completed in 2005.
