Grant Kenens began their work experience in 2008 as a Store Supervisor at Subway until 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Webcor Builders. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Advertising Supervisor & Digital Media Manager at Purdue Exponent. In 2014, they joined Team Quality Services as an IT & Marketing Coordinator until 2015. Grant then became the General Manager at Team Quality Services from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, they served as the Chief of Staff at Team Quality Services starting from 2019.

Grant Kenens attended DeKalb High School from 2006 to 2010, where they received a Diploma with Academic Honors. After completing high school, Grant went on to pursue higher education at Purdue University from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Purdue, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Marketing and Business Management.
