Rachael Hendershott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachael began their career as an IT Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they ensured accountability for electronic assets. Rachael then worked as a Senior Test Technician at Hyland, creator of OnBase, where they were responsible for testing software implementation. Rachael also worked at Liberty HealthShare, where they held various roles, including Agile Product Owner, Agile Business Analyst, and QA Analyst.
