Jonathan Connors has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan started their career as a Managing Editor for POPsmear Magazine and later worked as a Managing Editor for Clear Channel Entertainment and iTurf Networks. Jonathan then served as the Director of Community for Alltrue.com and as a Manager for UGO Networks, Inc. In 2006, they became the Managing Editor for Style.com at Fairchild Fashion Group, Conde Nast. Jonathan then transitioned to the role of Managing Director, Digital at Ford Models and later took on the position of Product Director at FOUR32C. In 2013, they worked as a Communications Manager for Region II at Team Rubicon before becoming a Clay Hunt Fellow in 2015. Jonathan then took on the role of Region II Administrator at Team Rubicon, followed by Deputy Director, Northeast and Deputy Director of Operations, North Branch. As of October 2022, Jonathan is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Communications at Team Rubicon. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Grunt Digital Consulting from 2014 to 2018.

Jonathan Connors completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University in 1992. Jonathan then attended The Basic School from 1992 to 1993. In 1994, they completed the Public Affairs Officer Course at the Defense Information School. Jonathan later pursued a Master of Arts in Media Studies from The New School, graduating in 2001. Jonathan Connors also holds various certifications in emergency management and public information from FEMA and the US Department of Homeland Security.
