Joshua Boulton

Joshua Boulton is a seasoned professional in technical and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Support Consultant at TEAM Software by WorkWave since September 2020. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Exlibris Group, managing customer inquiries for the campusm product. Joshua has extensive experience in support roles, including their tenure at Advanced, where responsibilities included handling escalated service requests. Earlier roles included ICT Service Desk Co-ordinator at Walsall Council and Internal Auditor at Serco.
