Paul Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across the EMEA region. Currently serving as Head of New Business at TEAM Software since April 2022, Paul previously held the position of Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland at both TEAM Software and Mentor Business Systems. With a background in the Fire and Security Industry, Paul has effectively delivered market-leading solutions as a Business Development Manager and Software Consultant. An MBA graduate from the University of Chester and holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management from The Open University, Paul also possesses a solid academic foundation with A Levels and GCSEs from Hawarden High.
