John Halley

John Halley has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. John is currently serving as the Director of Process Technology at Team Wendy since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rockwell Automation from 2015 to 2023, holding several positions such as North America Engineering Manager, Global Manufacturing Engineering, Technologies Manager, Global Manufacturing Engineering, and Global Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Projects and Productivity. Before their time at Rockwell Automation, they worked as a Project Manager at Technifab, Inc. in 2014. John also served as the Operations Manager at Transformer Engineering from 2008 to 2014, where they had direct management responsibility over plant operations, planning, scheduling, materials, and mechanical engineering functions.

John Halley completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, attending from 2001 to 2005. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cleveland State University, attending from 2017 to 2018. John also obtained various certifications, including AI with Deep Learning from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2023, Applied Data Science Program from MIT Professional Education in November 2022, PMP - Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in December 2017, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in November 2016, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in August 2016, Rockwell Automation - Yellow Belt from Rockwell Automation in August 2015, and Predictive Index System from Management Development Group LTD in May 2013.
