Steve Zemanek II is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Senior Quality Engineer at Team Wendy since June 2022, after progressing through various roles including Quality Manager, Value Stream Manager, and Test Engineer since January 2011. Zemanek has a strong background in developing and executing test plans, conducting internal audits, managing calibration processes, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes a Sales Consultant role at Ron Marhofer Auto Family and a team member position at Tenpoint Crossbow Technologies. Zemanek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Akron and has obtained certifications as a Quality Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality. Skills include proficiency in Minitab, Microsoft 365, and Cadex software.
