Melinda Goldman

Melinda Goldman has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent role was as SVP, People Operations at Whistle starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they were the VP, People at Cheddar Inc. in 2019. From 2014 to 2019, Melinda held multiple roles at New York Post, including VP, Human Resources and Senior Director Human Resources. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Director at Bumble and bumble, SS + K, and Gotham Inc. Melinda also worked as a Freelance Recruiter and a Human Resources Manager at Momentum Worldwide. Their early career includes a role as a Human Resources Manager at McCann Erickson. Throughout their career, Melinda has focused on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.

Melinda Goldman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at Fordham University, which they successfully obtained in 1999.
