Javiera Sánchez Téllez has been working in the marketing and communications industry since 2010. Javiera began their career at Copesa as a Brand Manager and Corporate Marketing Communications. In 2012, they moved to Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago as a Customer Relationship Manager and Product Manager Marketing. In 2015, they started working at Capitaria as a Digital Marketing Manager Latam, where they led the SEO and SEM strategy, email marketing campaigns, social networks, influencers content marketing and financial education. In 2016, they joined ACHS as a Digital Marketing and UX Manager and was in charge of the corporate and digital marketing department. In 2018, they became the Digital Acquisition Manager Video Latam at Telefónica, where they were the team leader of the paid and organic digital strategy. In 2021, they joined SimpliRoute as the Chief Marketing Officer. Currently, they are the Growth Marketing Director at Teamcore and Teaching Staff at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where they created the first diploma course at the university.
Javiera Sánchez Téllez obtained a degree in Journalism with a focus in Economics and Finances from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile between 2006 and 2011. In 2020 and 2021, they completed a Master in Growth & Marketing Automation from IEBS. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Product Management Foundations from Reforge in November 2022, Growth Marketing Foundations from Reforge in October 2022, Experimentation and Testing from Reforge in September 2022, a Master in Marketing Automation from IEBS Business School in January 2022, and a Master of Growth Certification from GrowthHackers in March 2020.
