María Fernanda Varela Ravanal

María Fernanda Varela Ravanal has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2012. María Fernanda began their career as a Consultor at HR Buro Consulting Services, then moved on to become an Analista de Selección y Capacitación at ALUSA S.A. in 2014. In 2015, they were hired as an HR Business Partner at Hilti Group and then in 2018, they became a People Sr. Manager - Chile at PedidosYa. Currently, they are the People, Talent & Culture Director at Teamcore.

María Fernanda Varela Ravanal has a diverse educational background. María Fernanda attended Saint Gabriel's School from 1994 to 2007. María Fernanda then obtained a degree in Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales between 2008 and 2013. In 2017, they completed a Diplomado en Gestión de Personas at Universidad de Chile.
