Fernando Zendron

Fernando Zendron has a diverse range of work experience in technology and leadership roles. Fernando currently serves as the Head of Product at TeamCulture since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Tech Manager at Kamino from October 2022 to May 2023. Fernando also worked as the Head of Development at MaaS Global Ltd from March 2022 to October 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Development at Quicko from December 2020 to March 2022, where they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing infrastructure, security, and architecture aspects of a big app. Fernando has also held positions such as Chief Information Officer at Grupo Disal from January 2020 to December 2020, Gestor de TI at Mercado Livre Brasil from October 2018 to January 2020, and Diretor Sciensa Digital Labs at Sciensa from June 2015 to October 2018, where they managed teams and made technology decisions. Fernando was also a Software Architect and Product Owner at Arizona Premedia and Marketing Automation from September 2014 to May 2015, and a Software Architect from November 2012 to August 2014. Additionally, Fernando worked as an Analist/Developer Java EE / PLSQL at Spread from August 2012 to November 2012, and as a Java Software Engineer and Product Researcher at iTBN Interactive Transmídia Brand Network from May 2010 to September 2012, where they contributed to innovative projects and mobile campaigns. Overall, Fernando Zendron brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in technology, leadership, and product management to their current role as Head of Product.

Fernando Zendron has a diverse education history with a focus on cyber defense and software development. From 2018 to 2020, they attended FIAP and earned a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Defense. In 2013, they participated in various short-term courses at Red Hat Linux Aliance, specializing in BRMS (Drools, Jbpm). Fernando also took courses at Smart Software in the same year, focusing on Forge Rock - OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ. In 2012, they attended Globalcode for a course on Software Architecture. In 2011, they studied iOS for iPhone e iPad and the Android operating system at iAi Instituto de Artes Interativas. In 2009, they took courses on RUBY ON RAILS at CAELUM and Digital TV - GINGA, NCL and LUA languages at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo and completed a Bachelor's degree in System Information. In 2006, they took a course at JZ Consultoria e Treinamento on Quality Management System. Fernando began their training in software development in 2005 at NC Software, where they worked as a Trainee focusing on JAVA, J2SDK, J2EE, J2ME, and Design Patterns. Finally, in 2001 and 2002, they completed a Technical degree in IT Solutions at Colegio Anchieta.
