Chris Neiger

As the Director of Engineering – Work Management & Infrastructure for TeamDynamix, Chris drives the strategy and tactical execution behind the core solution stack and architecture. He leads a group of software engineers responsible for medium-long term product expansion and SaaS platform growth. Employing a mix of both agile and more traditional project management tactics, the team leverages technology from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and others to support a rapidly expanding customer base. Chris fosters a knowledge-creating environment where inventing and innovating is not a specialized activity; it is a way of living in which everyone is a knowledge worker and shares. He embraces this philosophy as a mechanism to deliver easy to use, easy to own, and easy to operate solutions. His team focuses on usability and engagement as clear drivers for strategic direction. Chris offers over 10 years’ experience in service and customer relationship management markets.

He holds a BSE in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University.
