Per Kristiansson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Following this, Per worked at Nygårdh Forrest and Real Estate as a Business Controller. Per was responsible for accounting and business administration, including day-to-day transactions, financial reporting, and record maintenance.

In 1992, Per attended RMi-Berghs for Marketing & Communication studies. In 2013, they enrolled at the IT Educational Institute of Ackademedia, completing a degree in IT - Technician Network, focusing on Networking, Security, and Cloud in 2014.

As for certifications, Per obtained CompTia A+ Certification in November 2013 from Global Knowledge Sweden. Per also acquired CompTia Network+ Certification in January 2014, CompTia Security+ Certification in March 2014, CompTia Cloud Essential Strategies Certification in April 2014, and AXIS Network Video Exam Certification in November 2014, all from various institutions.
