Carolin Magstadt

Carolin Magstadt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the fitness and community sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at Exos since January 2024, Carolin previously held the position of Chief People Officer at the Minnesota Jewish Community Center from April 2023 to January 2024. Prior to that, Carolin was the Senior General Manager at Exos from January 2017 to April 2023, focusing on community strengthening initiatives. With a foundation in personal training management at Lifetime Fitness from June 2008 to January 2017, Carolin demonstrated strong communication and strategic skills. Carolin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Fitness Management from Northern State University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
