Jennifer Noiles

Jennifer Noiles is an experienced performance coach currently supporting the USL 2 and USLW teams at Rochester FC, a role held since May 2023. With a career at EXOS beginning in 2007, Jennifer has held various positions, including Senior Performance Director, overseeing staff development and continuous improvement strategies, and Performance Director at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine, where responsibilities included establishing human performance programs. Previous roles involve managing performance operations for professional athletes across major leagues and developing educational programs for new employees. Most recently, Jennifer participated as a fellow with the Los Angeles Chargers, assisting in performance training and athlete wellness for the 2023 Training Camp. Jennifer holds a BSc. BAH. BPHE degree from Queen's University, completed in 2007.
