Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Andrew has been the Director of Operations at Teamgate Sales CRM since 2022 and at Xenon Partners since 2021. Prior to that, they served in the Australian Army from 2014 to 2021 in a number of roles, including Defence Force Recruiting, Officer, Instructor in Gunnery, Battery Captain 'A' Battery, Joint Fires Team Commander, and Troop Commander. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Program Coordinator and Senior Coach at PASS Australia, where they mentored and delivered Certificate III in Business and Certificate II in Community Recreation qualifications to 80 trainees in Secondary Schools throughout the Ipswich and Brisbane region.

Andrew Martin attended Redcliffe State High School from 2009 to graduation and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business program at Southern Cross University, studying Business Management.
