Butch Bouchard

Butch Bouchard is an experienced legal and administrative executive, currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Administration, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at TEAM, Inc. since January 2008. At TEAM, Inc., a leading provider of asset performance assurance solutions, Butch oversees a range of integrated services to enhance operational efficiency and safety for clients. Prior to this role, Butch held the position of Vice President and Senior Assistant General Counsel at Southern Union Company, where responsibilities included advising on legal and strategic matters related to acquisitions, managing various departments, and serving as President of multiple subsidiaries. Butch also worked as Vice President of Administration and General Counsel at Panhandle Energy after its acquisition by Southern Union. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
