CS Preeti Verma is an experienced Company Secretary with a strong background in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving at TeamLease Regtech Pvt. Ltd since December 2021. Preeti has previously held positions as Company Secretary at Continental from March 2019 to January 2021, and at StarCom Information Technology Ltd, where effective organization and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 were ensured.
