Edward Conrad, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in academia and business. Edward started their career as an Assistant Professor at Henderson State University in 2007 and continued in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Dr. Conrad worked as an Assistant Professor at Austin Peay. Edward then opened their own franchise of an international IT Managed Services firm, TeamLogicIT, in 2016 and served as the Business Owner. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the company, managing a staff, and driving sales initiatives. Since 2018, Dr. Conrad has been working as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In this position, they teach multiple courses, conducts research and publication activities, and contributes to administrative and student-centered initiatives. Additionally, they created an instruction manual that improved the proficiency of 150 students in various applications.

Edward Conrad, Ph.D. received their education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Edward obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the university, although the start and end years of their undergraduate studies are unknown. Edward later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completing it between 1994 and 1995. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Management/MIS from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
