T'Mars McCallum has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. T'Mars began their career as a Workstation Support Analyst at BCBSSC in 2001, where they provided technical support. In 2006, they joined Greater Highway Church of Christ Incorporated as a Project Lead and Web Administrator. There, they managed projects and maintained the church's website until 2017. From 2008 to 2019, T'Mars worked at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, taking on various roles including Assistant Academic Program Director, Associate Dean of Academics Affairs, and Assistant Academic Chair & Professor of Information Technology. In 2015, they also worked as a Teaching Associate at Coastal Carolina University. T'Mars McCallum has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began their undergraduate studies at Francis Marion University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems Management in the year 2000. Later on, in 2007, T'Mars pursued a Dual Master of Arts degree in Information Technology Management and Management and Leadership at Webster University, completing it in 2009. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Systems Analysis from Furman University. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, T'Mars pursued a Certificate of Graduate Study in Higher Education Leadership at the University of South Carolina from 2018 to 2019. T'Mars also obtained an additional certification in Systems Analysis in June 2011 from Furman University.
