Fabien FONT

Fabien FONT has a diverse work experience in various industries. Fabien started their career at L'Oréal in 1998 as a Unit Production Manager and worked there for nearly a decade. Fabien then joined REOSS as a Senior Business Partner from 2007 to 2010. In 2007, they became the President of Lean Construction by IMMA, a leading French consulting and training company in Lean Construction. Moving forward, they founded Teamoty in 2018 and served as the CEO. Teamoty is a suite of digital applications for construction projects, aiming to improve performance and efficiency. Additionally, Fabien FONT is currently an Administrator and a member of the Board of the French Institute of Lean Construction since June 2021.

Fabien FONT obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Science des matériaux from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Fabien also briefly studied matériaux composites at Escuela de Ingeniería y Arquitectura (EINA), Universidad de Zaragoza in 1997.
